What is 201?
dos cero uno, or 201, is a zine created by me (xochi) to talk about my interests (mainly music), things that inspire me, and things in general that just take up space in my mind. basically just another creative outlet / hobby where i can yap and people can read about it
Where did the name come from?
further talked about in my first issue, it comes from an album i love, clics modernos by charly garcia, and the specific track "dos cero uno." great song great album
Why should I care?
you dont have to! the zine is always made for myself in mind, but some of yall (that i know personally at least) just happen to read it as well and i appreciate that a lot 😊 i love printing physical zines to hand out at school and also making flipbooks for those who are far awayyou might be interested if you know me from my personal neocities which also just another creative outlet for my interests; if you have some interests in common, feel free to click on any issue and read (beware production quality varies a lot especially among the first like 3 issues) i am a busy person & i got other things to do so unfortunately sometimes designing is not at the top of my priority list. i always make sure to keep things nice and pretty but no matter what any zine of mine will be a good read
